1. Services
We provide residential cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Scope of work is based on selected services.

2. Booking & Payments
- Payment is due at or before completion of service
- Payments are processed securely via GoDaddy Payments
- Pricing may vary based on property size, condition, and service type

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee

4. Access to Property
- Clients must provide access to the property at the scheduled time
- If access is not provided, a fee may be charged

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied, contact us within 24 hours
- We will address concerns and may offer a re-clean if applicable

6. Limitations of Liability
- We are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing damage
- Normal wear and tear
- Items not secured properly

7. Safety
- Aggressive pets must be secured prior to service
- Unsafe environments may result in service refusal
---
8. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to adjust pricing or service scope if conditions differ from what was originally described.
